1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

  • Average delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and product type.
  • We ship primarily from our international fulfilment partners to the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $50 USD (unless otherwise stated).

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear in the system.


5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you buy from Trendy Kart. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy:

Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain items (such as personal care products, hygiene items, or customized orders) cannot be returned.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for assistance.
